Land Subdivision
We split one parcel into multiple buildable lots, handling the boundary work, platting, and local zoning coordination that a subdivision requires from concept to recorded plat.
Topographic Mapping
A detailed map of every natural and man-made feature on the site, so your engineers and designers can evaluate the terrain and plan around it before design starts.
ALTA Surveys
For commercial acquisitions and larger tracts, we perform ALTA/NSPS surveys to the national minimum standard, identifying encroachments, easements, and boundary issues before closing.
Construction Site Layout / Staking
Once plans are approved, we stake the site so your contractors build in the right place the first time - roads, pads, utilities, and lot corners.
Site Civil & TDOT Entrance/Access Permitting
Our in-house PE, Alex Hill, handles site civil design and TDOT entrance/access permit applications, so your project doesn't wait on an outside engineering firm.
